The dynamic duo of Kim & Scott have hit the ground running, since swapping corporate jobs in busy Auckland to the food industry in Taupo. Kim & Scott have a real passion for Food, Love and Art; and after running a successful cafe in Taupo have set up Baked With Love with the aim to make people happy. This boutique Cakery and Gingerbread House is based in Taupo, the heart of the North Island of New Zealand.

Kim & Scott started out by combining this love of food and art and created a unique range of awesome looking and tasting gingerbread and gluten free chocobread cookies for everyone young at heart. Which they sell mainly to cafes and speciality stores. They also offer a custom cookie service where they create custom cookies for events or businesses.

They have added cakes due to many requests. Including Wedding Cakes and Favours. As well as Doughnuts, Brioche and Gourmet Cookies. This part of there business has really taken off.

As well as the shop in Taupo, Kim & Scott have starting selling at local markets (The Taupo Market on Saturday mornings, the Rotorua Night Market on Thursday evenings and other one off markets around the region). Where they sell incredible doughnuts, savoury brioche, gingerbread cookies and individual cakes.
